Excellent!

This book recreates the magic that Bombay exudes and how food is such an integral part of this magic- both the place and food are very close to my heart.

This is a fantastic book. I wish all cook books were like this. I am from the south of India, but this book makes you fall in love with South Mumbai. The photographs and the write ups - in addition to the recipes - are to be experienced. It was such a joy to read this book.

It was pretty damaged from the corners .. pretty disappointed -

Dined at Dishoom last month in London and it was an amazing meal. The cookbook is beautiful with gorgeous photos, stories and easy to follow recipes. You will need a set aside a day to shop and cook, but the results will be well worth it.

We love Dishoom, so bought this book.I'm a Z-grade cook, but even I managed to make their amazing Chicken Berry Britannia biryani with this book. All of their dishes are in here, as well as drinks. A real delight. Can't wait to try more meals. Beautifully bound and illustrated, including some history of Dishoom too.

Ein ganz tolles Kochbuch mit vielen Informationen und Bildern, die einem helfen sich besser in das indische Leben einzufühlen und das Essen ggf noch ein bisschen besser wahrnehmen zu können.Es ist wichtig, dass ihr der englischen Sprache mächtig seid - ansonsten steht euch nichts im Weg =)
