Chairs look nice and seem sturdy. Just remember to follow the instruction to level them, before doing the final tightening. This instruction comes later in the manual than when they first tell you to tighten all the screws. Company has good customer service. Very happy with our purchase.

Just completed my installation - the chairs are nice-looking and sturdy (do not know yet how long they last). Here are some tips that make the installation easier.(1) Install the chairs on a table or kitchen counter - much easier than do it on the floor. There are two reasons - the first reason is easier for your back; the second reason is subtle but more important - the screw only goes into the nut if the screw aligns very well with the nut. - it is much easier to judge the screw's alignment when it is close to you than an arm away from above.(2) To make the chair sturdy, you have to tighten the screws - each chair has nine screws.(3) To make the chair not wobbly, you have to level all four legs. The seat connects to the back via five screws - four corner ones and one central one. You can slightly rotate the seat relative to the back around the central screw, which is how to level the two back legs. Two front legs each has a slight space up and down, which help to level two front legs. Plus, two front legs each has a level screw under the leg.That is all from my installation.

The product was simple and ez to set up .. the color is right on.. I wish it had more stability.. it said it can hold up to 300 but ill say tops 225 just to be on the safe side .... and its much smaller than expected ..but overall simple

When the chairs arrived I discovered multiple problems. One, I only received 2 out of 6 chairs I received the other chairs days after my return request.. Two, the seat is narrow and unless you’re a child or very thin it’s not comfortable. Three, the color is suppose to be khaki but instead it’s more of a mustard which doesn’t go with my color scheme. I requested a return but didn’t get a QR code I got a label instead. The huge surprise was when I took it to UPS Stire and they said the RETURN CHARGE was as much or more as the chair order!!! I contacted the seller and it was a HUGE waste of time with no RESOLUTION. There was a four day chat that ended up in them NOT giving me a free return option.The only solution they leave is PAY the insane shipping fee, which is as much as the chairs OR be stuck with ugly uncomfortable chairs. This is unacceptable!! This company doesn’t let the customers know that they do NOT offer a FREE return otherwise I would NOT ordered have from this company. Save yourself the inconvenience, and unprofessionalism.You have been WARNED. Don’t buy these chairs.

I bought 4 chairs. Value priced. Seems very sturdy. Down side is the seat. Not much padding at all -so ease down when you sit because it’s a bit hard. Same is said for the backing. Actual pleather like material looks well made. Well stitched.I gave 3 stars for the comfort. Otherwise they look very nice in our kitchen

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Okay for light use, not heavy duty. Bought for staging a house for sale and that was fine, but not for everyday use all year long.

These are wonderful chairs! They were super easy to put together. Really lightens the dining room.
