The media could not be loaded. This has been a great little electric fireplace for us. It came out of the box assembled and was easy to connect to my iPhone. One of my favorite things is the realistic fire animation. It’s very realistic and adds the perfect touch to the room we put it in. The heat output has been great too. We ordered the smallest unit so it would fit under our front window, and it did perfectly. Highly recommend!

This package was supposed to be delivered on 5/3. I was shipped from TN, then it went to VA, then to PA and then somehow it ended up in Huston. I tracked it daily and finally it was received in NJ on 5/9. Somewhere along the wait, it was damaged. I have attached pictures. It is a beautiful fireplace and it is a shame that it was damaged in transit. The flames and heating part are working fine. It is the outside of the item that suffered cracks and missing pieces. See attached.

This fireplace is BEAUTIFUL! Everything works great! The only reason it didn't get 5 stars, is because there was some minor damage yo the mantle. But I was able to fix it myself. But the main reason it only got 5 stars is because it took forever for it yo get here! Our Fireplace sat in Denver for just short of 3 weeks, because of the delivery service. We live 140 miles from Denver and the delivery service only delivered orders that far away, on Thursdays. And on top of that when they called me to verify the delivery date, it came ip on my caller I.D. as a possible scam caller so I didn't answer it. The next day I got another call from that same number and I decided to answer it. The only day they woukd deliver it was on the next Thursday, which I couldn't be home for due to medical tests that conflicted with the time. Then they ended ip delivering it 2 weeks later on FRIDAY! They were supposed to be here between 2 and 5 p.m. but they didn't get here until 5:45. Weather was clear and dry, and we live in a small rural town, and they had Intersate 76 all the way from Denver, so they couldn't blame it on traffic either. Having it stuck in Denver fir 3 weeks was rediculas. I don't know if Amazon chose tge delivery service of if it was the seller. But whoever it was needs to find a better delivery service! W would totally recommend this fireplace! But depending on where you live, it may take forever to get there!

We love this heater. It works great. We originally bought it for our casita but we tested it out in the main house and we don't want to part with it. It is light and portable and it heats the room perfectly. I love the look of the flames it's very cozy and comforting. It is small so perfect for smaller places.

This fireplace unit would be great if more care were applied in it's assembly. The heater unit is a good one, and the simulated brick and wood resin and fiber casting is a great design and looks great. But the great stops there. In this price range, the assembly of the two coupled together, should fit very well and not require modification for the buyer to make it work and look good . It has the potential to be great, but .......

I have this is a beautiful fireplace could not be pleased more with it. There is no assembly it’s plug and go. Very easy to operate. It did arrive damaged as you can see from the picture. It could have been packaged a little better, but damage is to be expected in shipping, sometimes.

Is very heavy delivered by ups with only 1 driver to try and carry this think is impossible I really don’t see how 1 ups guy could delivered this and thought they had 70 pound single box limit?? To return I am supposed to take this beast back to ups myself it’s too bad because if was not broken it looks like would have been really nice in my Room not sure what to do from this point as any repair is out of my skill set and would at best be a patch job and not look as good as un damaged unit

I didn't want something that I had to put together myself so this worked out great! I don't know how long it's going to work but so far so good.The heat works well and the flame looks good. I wish they threw in a splash of red and blue but it is what it is. The crackling sound box was purchased separately but really makes it more realistic. All in all I am presently happy with my purchase.
