This bag is perfect fit for my 7 lb Havanese. It's sturdy frame inside surrounding the bag it does not collapse on my baby. I purchased it in BLACK and man does it look like real leather. Now my baby is riding out with us in style. Too cute... Love the quality too. definitely worth getting for your small, toy babies. You can easily fit two toys babies in there. so roomy inside. There's enough wholes and mesh for air can flow in without obstruction. I did not place the plastic bubble it came with so my baby would not have any airflow obstruction. There's a mesh opening where the plastic bubble goes, but its not necessary. The only negative thing it does not have a pouch on the side for treats or food. But I love the bag I can add a small bag on its handles for his treats. Its a 5 STAR for me..

Made sturdy

The bag was sturdy and secure. Enough space for our medium sized cat. Kitty didnt love the idea... at all! No fault of the bag, the bag looks great and is very comfortable to wear.

After I got this product it sat on the floor opened up for about a month before we actually took our girl for a ride in it. Eventually we put our cat into it after she had gotten comfortable and took her on a short 5 minute walk with us. During this walk we noticed a few things.1. The backpack is too small for my 5 pound cat to lay down in without smooshing her face and whiskers against the mesh on the sides. I have a very small cat and could not imagine anyone trying to fit a bigger kitty in this tiny bag.2. When she sat up and tried to peep out of the bubble while we were walking, she kept hitting her face and head on the plastic of the bubble with every step. My boyfriend and I were trying to walk so smoothly we could have been ninjas but it just kept happening. We even tried wearing the pack on our front for stability, and then had to take it off and carry it with outstretched arms back to our apartment to keep our poor kitty girl from hitting her face.3. I worry about ventilation. I think that if the center flap is completely open and the cat is strapped in with a harness this may not be such a problem, but that kind of defeats the whole purpose of the bubble. ( I also wanted the bubble for protection seeing as I live in an area with birds of prey like hawks and owls.)During our walk my cat was clearly trying to keep her face down by the vents on the bottom of the carriers sides for air. I also wonder if this also had anything to do with the slight chemical smell it has even after a month after unboxing.4. We can only take this thing outside in the evenings or nights. Why? Because the only one that was available was black, so that’s what we got. The black backpack and the bubble turn this backpack into an oven. It’s like a small green house. I cannot carry my cat outside In it for more than a minute if it’s a Sunny or hot day.5. The bubble piece is too heavy and weighs down the center flap of the pack when zipped up making the space even smaller. The center flap of the pack caves in slightly because of the weight of the bubble. This is only unacceptable because there is such a lack of space in this backpack to begin with. Perhaps the company needs to use a lighter weight plastic for their bubble piece or stiffer material for the backpack itself.Overall I would say this is a cute idea but it’s not comfortable or safe for cats to be carried in, especially for periods of time exceeding 5-10 minutes. I believe a bottom with a larger total areas space is needed ( just more space in general), along with better ventilation, and a warning at the very least to all customers who buy the black one, not to use it in the sun and heat.

Update: 1-2 years later and the bag is still holding up. Only concern is that my crafty cat always opens the zipper, so this can be problematic when we’re out in public - he got out while at an outdoor cafe, and in a yard of shopping containers. Eeek! I might start putting paperclips through the zipper tabs or something. Otherwise, no major rips, just normal wear and tear.Original: Haven't had a chance to use this yet, but it looks like it will do the job (when we have a chance to travel, eventually). Too cold/pandemic going on right now.I love the style, it's just as described. Not sure about the durability yet, but it has that cheap pleather factory smell to it that probably won't go away anytime soon. My only complaint is that the thin "pad" at the bottom of it doesn't serve any purpose - it's not attached, and I'd imagine that most cats would just kick it around, as mine has been doing at home. Overall, the value seems good, the smell is annoying, but can't wait to use it. Next time I'd try a different brand to see if the smell is better.

i love the buble window and vents , my cant loves to just jump in and take a nap. The straps are a little hard to get on because of the length but is very comfortable once its on and tightened to your liking.

The media could not be loaded. Two of the zippers are already broken just from opening the box and testing them, and the straps are not confidence inspiring. Cute bag but due to low quality and poor design of zippers and straps this won’t be for us.

Hard to find a carrier that doesn’t immediately scream “pet carrier.” Unzips and lays flat for easy storage when not in use, good quality material, waterproof, not leather per se, but very sturdy. There is a small furry mat inside, which isn’t attached (assume for ease to take out and clean if need be), and the plastic bubble surprisingly has 3 air holes that serve as additional air vents for your pet. There is a slight “new” smell on Day 1, but nothing a few days of airing out won’t fix.

The thing to click in the clear window for my cat to see out came broken and the bag way to small for a ragdoll cat to sit in it too longAlso I think one of my cats hates this bag because the moment I put the bag down so they could look into the bag and give it a sniff to see if they like it one got in and peed into the bag; looks like I’m gonna have to look for something bigger and my cats will not try to pee into to be able to carry them around with me

The material is good quality, the bubble is free from marks, zippers are smooth, and it seems very secure overall. The only issue I have is the stability when it's used as a backpack. The base of the backpack struggles to keep its shape with a cat inside and it feels a bit awkward since I am constantly concerned about the cat's comfort. My cat absolutely loves to sleep in it though!
