Very fast laptop, 10th Gen Intel i7 processor. The case is very modern looking. I purchased it as it was only laptop I could find at the time with 32gb RAM installed. It's heavier and studier than other laptops I've owned as case is metal but I use mostly at my desk. Runs cool. Graphics not as HD crisp as I had hoped, does seem to be getting better with the latest firmware and drivers upgrades. Still playing with graphics settings. Battery charges very fast. I get about 4.5 hours of streaming video movies before it runs out. Browsing the internet I can get about 6-8 hours. Battery will run down while hibernating which I can't figure. Since it gets full charge within an hour not too concerned. Touchscreen good - hinge opens to 360 degrees. Tip: HP has very good deals on repair and accidental damage warranties. I prefer to pay upfront as opposed to the monthly payment warranties offered by vendor on Amazon, which was very more expensive. One can get the best prices by calling HP warranty sales by phone as opposed to using HP's web store. Was less than the 30% off deal for new owners so call to compare.

After a lot of research I bought the HP Envy X360 as it met all my criteria for memory, RAM, touchscreen, 15 inch screen, etc. and possible future needs that do not include gaming. My friend is envious of my new envy.The biggest reason I'm very happy with it is that I was able to purchase a "used like new" model for about $230 off the regular price. I was skeptical but the computer arrived in completely BRAND NEW condition in appearance and the software took me the usual long time to set up as Windows 10 demands many answers before letting you get started.My only very tiny dislike on this aluminum colored metal case is that I may scratch my friend's table top if I am not careful with it. It has rubber near the front and back but the corners appear sharp. I'll like install some extra pads on each corner or always keep it on a mat. It's not heavy but it's better using 2 hands to move it around.The touchscreen is as wonderful as the Lenovo T15 I have for work.I have since compared Costco prices and I still got a better deal with the refurbished one.

It's light, quiet, fast and a good value for the $'s. Mostly used for productivity tasks (Word, Excel, Audio-Visual activities (StreamYard, Proclaim, etc), and works well, especially with the additional RAM.

The media could not be loaded. Video included!So far this has been nothing but a pain! The laptop was nice for the first week, suddenly the speakers started making this weird, like, clicking/vibrating noise when my laptop played any sound at all. It just randomly started happening one day. I don't know if just a faulty speaker or a windows update caused it or what..Anyway, after contacting the seller, I shipped the laptop in to their tech support team to fix. They received it Nov 27th 2020. I just got it back Dec 11 2020 and the problem is still there! Did they even do anything to it? Did they even test it before shipping it back? Because it happened from the very first sound I played on my laptop!I knew I shouldn't have bought a computer from Amazon, I should've trusted my gut and bought from a trusted source.The other issue is that this is happening during Covid-19 pandemic and I've had to risk my life to mail it back to them to fix while covid-19 numbers are at an all time high. You see, I am at risk for serious complications because I am immune suppressed from my kidney/pancreas transplant! I haven't left my apartment since March other than to see my doctor and I've only done that 3x! But because of being sent a faulty laptop and then them not even fixing it, I've had to risk my life at a public place (UPS) which was BUSY all because a brand new computer came with issues. And now I have to go take that risk again because I'm returning it for a refund, and going to buy a new one from actual HP.I do not recommend buying a computer from Amazon! Or at least from seller EA Tech LLC

HP Envy is very economically packaged with enough ports including HDMI for use and MS 360 loaded (will need to update annually). The Envy is light weight yet well balanced.The only thing missing in this new version of the HP Envy is the stylus. We had to order it separately.

This laptop has all of the features I was looking for as I teach from home and make videos so I needed the i7 processor and longer battery life. I get about 5 hours of heavy use when not plugged in which is acceptable. About 9 hours of battery life with light usage (no video conferencing, recording or watching videos). I like the larger screen than my last laptop and it is not to heavy for the larger size - easy to travel with. I read some of the other reviews about having issues turning it on for the first time but the set-up was quick and easy, no issues at all!

This is my second purchase of this same laptop. I liked the first one so much I decided to order a second one for my business. It’s very fast and very responsivo and works perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the item.

It is a great purchase for a super quality item. Having made my living in the computer industry and having another HP laptop, is was and easy task to set up the machine. But for those with less experience, a user manual IS A MUST ! I was totally supprised that not one piece of directional guidlines was in the container.
