Totally pathetic. Its not working.i pluged the product nd leave it for 20mins still it is not getting heat. This is so annoying that i am not getting any option to return the product.

Product is working fine....it takes only 4-5 mins to charge....and give warmth for 4-5 hrs long....it is easy to charge the product and the cable that comes with it to charge is also of good quality.....I really loved the product...

A nice warm bag for the winters. It's really helpful.You can use it anytime as it doesn't take much time to raise the temperature and make it warm. This product is worth buying.
