Broken zip
This bag was bought for son returning to school hes been there a week and a half and the zip is already broken off and not useable.i am over the return or refund stage which is quite annoying

Really good quality and value for money.

Return of second bag
This is the second school bag that we have had and both have been faulty. The first bag the zip broke and the stitching began to unravel. On The second bag the net stitching had been repaired with visible yellow thread and had to be returned. I also had a lunch box to match but again the stitching and seams have began to fray. Looks good but won’t last a week.
