Good quality as usual from Bristan. Looks very nice and was easy to fit.

Very short tails
Looks nice product. Not convinced by the easy install thing as you can't pass the unit through the hole, but i guess tightening from the top is easier than from underneath.However, could not actually try them out as the hose tails are about half the length of my current grohe taps. Also i don't like the exposed grub screws to secure tap body to main, they force you into front facing lever to ensure they are out of sight behind, whereas i would prefer side facing lever.

This is not reliable.
Since we bought it ten months ago, a plumber has been called in twice to replace the cartridge. It leaks from behind the cap where it meets the main body of the tap, even during the night when turned off completely. I will be replacing it with one from a different manufacturer.

The tap looks good, a quality product. Unable to install it until I find a new sink.
