Keeps bread fresh longer!
They keep a loaf of bread fresh way longer than one in it's original plastic bag. They can be used for other baked good,as well as rice,or anything that will fit in it. The locking lid provides an ait tight seal,and is easy to open and close. I bought 2 of them so I could keep a second loaf of bread while I was using the first one. Note: holds a small loaf only.

Works great! Was able to fit a bunch of homemade baked goods in it. Half a loaf of bread, hamburger buns, dinner rolls, and biscuits! Very happy with it

Bread safe keeps ants out.
This box is a good size for grocery store sliced bread. There is enough room for one other small item and a whole loaf. The plastic divider is unnecessary, I threw it away. Locks nice and tight, so bread is staying fresher. I took away one star for the slightly awkward locking mechanism, but that may be the thing that keeps it airtight.

Perfect breadbox for homemade bread!
Eureka, I found the perfect breadbox for my homemade bread! The size doesn't quite fit two loaves, but usually when I'm baking, we slice into the first loaf right away, so it fits almost two loaves in the box. Perfect for me and excellent quality as always from LocknLock with durable lid closure and easy to clean! A+

Magnificent. Keeps my home baked loaf bread fresh up to a week. Maybe longer, but my bread gets eaten by the7 th day. So I can't say for certain but I suspect it would. Last day it is as fresh as the first.The airtight locking system is the key a great design.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS.

I love this container. I bought it and wasn't paid for my review. I make so much bread so extending the life is key. This is perfect for airflow/seal and I get about 3-5 more days life out of each loaf, and I hate hate hate using/throwing away plastic bags. After about 30-40 cycle uses, I only had one loaf that started to turn, and that was almost certainly my fault because I rushed the slicing before completely cooling. The ONLY thing I don't really like is the divider doesn't really work for keeping the bread slices upright. I haven't yet found a reason to store/divide multiple bread types in the same container (you may immediately), and I bought this mainly for my Pullmans (perfect size). I use a standard small slice, but the divider just falls over, so the slices do too. Not the biggest deal for me, since I'd rather have fallen-over bread than moldy bread.I bake this loaf about once a week, sometime 2x, and it stands up to repeated washing -- super quick and easy (I only do with mild detergent and sponge by hand, towel dry). Open and close is a breeze, and each open is just enough time to let air circulate without risk to drying out. I also haven't had any issues with the constant open/close wearing down the clasps or affecting the seal. The uniform locking around the entire container is brilliant, and I'm sure this will also add to its lifetime. Really good product!
