This thing barely even gets cold. It doesn't even have enough gel beads inside to cover all parts of the mask, so there's a few spots with no beads to ice over and thus spots that aren't cold at all.

Its an awesome comfortable item...but if your not inquiring this item into your routine & I was not because I have a routine do not purchase this for yourself...but I do not want to take away from the item. It is a wonderful feeling on the eyes..the gel marbles are soothing. An follow the directions precisely. Because you can damage. Perfect buy. Comfortable buy.

Great for pregnant women who don’t want to take meds for a terrible headache. I’m not a person who normally gets headaches and during my pregnancy I had several- these facemasks worked quick! I ordered several to keep cool in the fridge and they did wonders to my terrible headaches. Worth every penny and I didn’t have to take meds to rid myself of a headache!

Ordered a brand new one but received one that’s clearly been opened and used. If I wanted a used one I would have purchased a used one but I don’t so yeah 1 star. This will be returned

I ordered another mask that kept getting stuck in my hair. This one is soft and I do not go through shock when I put it on after removing from the freezer. Feels like one from fancy high end spa. I've recommended it friends

This is better for cold therapy. I put in microwave for 30 seconds and it melted and exploded. Had to throw away.
