Stick with the strap.
I ordered this strap to use with both my concert & tenor ukes. It just works.I already owned a ukulele leash-type thing that required me to poke my arm through a loop at one end and then put a hook in the uke's sound hole or tie it off to the head. The problem, of course is that if you just let go of the uke it still falls away from your body (sometimes disastrously). With a strap like this one, you can completely let go of your uke & it stays perfectly in place. Chord changes & strumming become easier when you don't have to concentrate so much on clamping the thing to your body or supporting the neck. This is a nice size strap, not to wide not to narrow. The length is easily adjusted to work with a variety of uke (and uke player) sizes. It does require at least one button on the bottom of the uke. The other end of the strap can be tied to the head with the included string if you like to do it that way. In my case I installed two buttons - more convenient and the strap doesn't interfere with my chord-hand. Here are the buttons I used: Strap Buttons If the thought of installing buttons makes you hesitant, put your fears aside. It can be done quickly & easily and the end result is well worth it. Here's an entertaining how-to video that will walk you through it: (...)

Well made.
I wish this was a little bit narrower.

Uke Crazy strap is crazy good!
I bought a Uke Crazy black ukulele strap for my soprano uke. It's perfect for the small instrument. I have the same strap on my concert uke and it works well there, too. I like the leather neck pad on the strap. I also like that it's narrower than some of the others. A wide strap on a small uke looks a little out of proportion. It would be nice to have had a choice of colors, but the black is good and may be what I'd have chosen if given a choice of several. It matches the Uke Crazy case I carry my uke in, so it's a good-looking set.

coolest
You need this type of strap for the uke no doubt - not a uke thong or whatever - especially a tenor - don't worry about drilling the holes in the uke that don't come with the button at the neck - (all of them!) just be carefull - you can do it - see it done on YouTube - you need this to play tenor uke trust me - overwise I use my old "rock Band" strappes so obviously this is cooler - cheap enough to invest in even if you have a old strap you can use - a wide strap looks out of place on a uke

Large size questionable for kids
I'm a 5" adult and though this is well made, it was still a bit big maximally adjusted. My guess is this wouldn't work for kids or petites.

I am very displeased with this strap. Not what ...
I am very displeased with this strap. Not what I had exspected. So I went and bought me a Mandolin strap from my local music store. I had to give a 1 star but not by choice.

Not up to the quality of the other strap I own
The main objection I have to this strap is that the UKE CRAZY logo is done so poorly that I have decided to return the strap. I bought the same strap from another company a month earlier and it was much better craftsmanship. From a strap performance perspective, the strap is fine and perfect for a UKE or a child's guitar.

This is a very nice strap, but it's a little long for me
This is a very nice strap, but it's a little long for me. I have it tightened up as much as I can with the (useless) shoulder pad still attached. I guess I'll have to cut that off soon, which is sad because I like that it says Kala to match my uke. As some other people noted, it says "Kala," not "Uke Crazy." And once I cut off the shoulder pad (which is practically resting on my headstock at the shortest-possible length), it will be generic. Again, sad.I'm using it on a Kala tenor uke. I would give it five stars if it were a little more adjustable -- and if the shoulder pad could be salvaged.

しっかりした作りでした。ウクレレ専用だと思うのですが、もう少し細いとよかったです。
