I've been taking these supplements for half a year, am about to purchase my next batch. Context. Before these supplements I was on Vitamin D 20 000mg for about 8 months. Suffice to say I've had a problem with my vitamin D levels, I have blood tests done often and finally my consultants are happy with my levels. The tablets are tasteless and easy to swallow. Compared to the other brands I've tried this is a doozy. Plus I take a bundle of other medication every day and I'm functioning as well as can be. If it's a concern then you really should talk to your GP because 4 000ui is a lot daily unless your body needs it.

Excellent product which really works. I improved the way I feel within a week of taking. Very potent formula. Personally I take 2 pills with a a thick layer of butter. Keep on mind it won't be absorbed without sufficient amount of fat taken with it. One of very few brands that I trust.

I bought this supplement as advised by a doctor and tried to find the most effective form however I didn't feel any different and blood tests are pretty much the same. No side effects as well.
