I needed large and silicone to take small pizzas off the griddle of my ninja woodfire grill. Even if using parchment paper I didn't want to risk scratching the non stick coating. Seems good quality although I think the price is still a bit steep.

I was looking for a really big spatula for flipping quesadillas. This is it. Yes, it would be good for pancakes, too. It is sturdy, but flexible and makes it easier to flip without making a mess.

I have a large rectangular plastic spatula by OXO, but it wasn’t quite wide enough for my quesadillas. This one was bigger, round and a similar slick plastic (not silicone) so I thought it would be great. Unfortunately, it sticks to the uncooked tortillas which makes it difficult to put them in the oven. The material looks and feels similar to my OXO but somehow has more friction. Tortillas aside, it works perfectly for pancakes!
