Darn Tough Men's No-Show Light Cushion Athletic Socks, (Style 1722) - 6 Pack, Black - Large

I am a sock snob! I only wear merino wool blend socks since I tried them. Years ago I tried Smart wool socks and I became someone that only liked merino wool socks. They wick moisture, they don't compress and they keep your feet from smelling. These particular socks I first got introduced to when my wife found a pair at a discount store. I wore them cycling and was super impressed. What makes them better than other merino wool socks is that Darn Tough brand has a tighter weave in the foot bed which makes them super soft and more durable than other brands and I have tried many brands. I gave a pair of these to one of my cycling buddies and he now says they are his favorite socks! Another great thing about these which got my wife switched over to them is that they don't fall down off your heel. They stay put! The package of 6 on amazon is the best price I have found for them also.

I have tried many athletic socks with various shoes and after an exhaustive comparison these have stayed my favorites. They are very low but not quite no-show. There is a slight lip that rises up the ankle and that helps keep them from slipping into the shoe. They have a little more body than the most minimal running socks I found, but less than a hiking or typical athletic sock. They're not really cushioned, but soft and substantial. They are minimal enough for me. The slight thickness smooths out the average shoe interior without adding bulk. They are cool when you need it and warm enough if there's a chill in the air. I've had a pair two years and they are like new. I realized they were the ones I reached for first after laundry day, so I finally bought six more pairs. Highly recommended. Guaranteed for life. A little wool is a good thing.

I work 12 shifts in the ED. These are the best socks I have owned and wear only during my shifts. They are warm, padded, and most importantly breath. I wear crocs with them. These socks quick away any sweat and help prevent odor and athletes foot. Please bring these back as over the years I have started to loose them as anyone would in the washer/dryer.

I love Darn Tough. But they’re socks RHN small. I bought a six OCO. Washed them a few times and they shrank. I’ve washed warm water and lime dry. XL isn’t big enough in order XXL next and figure I can shrink them down to size if... they’re too large. Doubt it.

I got these socks after wearing some of darn tough's hiking socks. I put them on and immediately felt like I could scale a mountain. My feet felt like they were hugged by a heard of sheep. I wore them exclusively backpacking from Munich to Barcelona and didn't have a single blister. They held up wonderfully, dry quickly, and it feels like the first time wearing them each time I put them on.

They're Darn Tough socks. What's to say except they are exceptionally well made, comfortable, and last nearly forever. Cushioning is perfect. Best socks for working out and running. Highly recommend.

My favorite sock. Bought $80 worth and now I only wear these. They aren't the softest or most elastic, but I have found they last longer. Integrated over the lifetime of the stock, I think they're the best.

Love these socks! They fit and wear fantastically. My son turned me on to this brand. I used to buy Smartwool socks but they wear out just above the heel stitching way too quick for the price. Darn Tough is worth every penny. They last forever and they are guaranteed.
