This product is one of the best I've used, and i have gone through many other suppliers. As a Barber/hair dresser I strive to use the best product I can find, and this company gave me just that. The hair quality is great, and the product does not shed hair as quickly as other products i have used.

I have gone through a lot of systems over the last few years and this has to be the worst. It is super thin to the point where you can see the lace just looking at it. Since wearing it for the last week it has shed more than any system i have ever owned. The color was awful and had a skin colored tone to it. I ended up having to dye it just to have it be wearable until I can get another one. Will not be repurchasing this item

The styling was nice right out of the box, but the hair is very dark. Customer service is almost non existent. Received one reply to my email "Have you received a reply?" Answered No and emailed a few more times with no responses...

I tried the tape that was provided with the piece and tape I have used for years, and nothing sticks. It cannot be secured with tape. Consequently, I had to use a glue, that is a mess sticking to my scalp after the piece is removed - not the piece. That glue is a pain to get off my skin. Very frustrating.

As soon as we recieved the item we noticed that to thin on the frontal area for our client (Medium Density), Our first reaction was to send it back immediately, but we contacted the company and outlined our concerns and they offered to replace the unit with one that had fuller density without hesitation. A a professional Company the stands behind its products with exemplary customer service! we will be ordering again!
