These shoes, you know if you have Birkenstocks already, are the most comfortable shoes ever. I love the shearling in all seasons. It is spring/summer now, and I wear just like I would in fall/winter. You might think the shearling would be hot in the summer, but it's not. It is an open shoe on top, so your feet get air and they are simply comfortable, not hot at all. The first few hours, maybe two hours, they were a tad bit stiff. Then suddenly, it was as if there was a button my toes pushed, and they became sooooo soft and seriously, it almost felt like i was walking just on the shearling. All I could feel is thr softness. That's when I said, oh my gosh! I wondered if the bottom of the shoes came off. I mean that's what it felt like. That I had no bottom. Just the shearling under my feet. So, can u tell I love them? Bahahaha. I DO! Don't wait to buy just because it's summer. You will be wearing them year round. Not kidding! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

True to Birkenstock comfort!! I swear by these sandals and these didn't disappoint. They fit according to Birkenstock size guide. The quality lasts for years! I have some pretty old birks, and while I now use them for different situations, they are all still going strong. I’d say the value for money is worth it. I know they are a bit pricey, but I have horrible plantar fasciitis, and these are the only sandals I can wear comfortably, for any period of time! So, in my opinion the money is 100% worth it. They have good grip on the bottom, but don’t get them wet! It rains where we live, so I always have to take them off and carry them if it starts to down pour or they will dry kinda funky-even with paper towel stuffing. The color is beautiful and goes with just about everything I own.

They are cozy and fit well!

I needed a slipper - that wouldn’t flare up my plantar fasciitis. And these were perfect! Kept my feet toasty - but not so hot that I had to constantly take them off. Very comfortable and very soft. It’s like Ugg & Birkenstock had a baby! LOL!

I love Birkenstock when they are the Birkenstocks that I order. However what I ordered is not what I got. The listing said oiled tobacco color with a soft foot bed. What I received was a tan color and hard foot bed. Don’t order from here, spend the $20 more bucks and go to the store so you get what you actually paid for.

even though i returned these birkenstocks i really did like them. i was able to get them in the light grey felt and that made me happy. i has been a good 6 or so years since i bought birkenstocks and normally wore them in the narrow width. these ones, however, were cut very weirdly. the toe of the sandal was cut on a weird, sharp, angle - think right sided triangle. there was really no room for my two outside toes to rest on. this pair of sandals seemed like they were "factory seconds" or "irregulars". i could be wrong but it seems that these soles are being cut differently. other than this they are a really pretty sandal and i hated to return them.

I have really bad neuropathy in my feet and have a really difficult time finding shoes that don’t make my feet hurt more. Basically, I spend my days wearing slippers wherever and whenever I can. Summer is especially hard when I cannot wear any sandals at all. I bought these hoping I could wear something resembling a sandal this summer. They’re wonderful! I can tighten them or loosen them as needed and I find that I even limp less and can walk on uneven ground better in these than any other shoe or slipper I can wear.

Wow, my first Birkenstock, be careful they are addictive, after trying them for few weeks, super comfortable I got 2 more tennis shoes and boots. Love it
