Failed with an electrical short after a few hours use
Don’t waste your money. As others have said, high failure rate, which means towel rail now needs to be drained down to replace with a new one. Poor quality.

Lasted 8 months (and then 2 months!)
Update two:So the replacement lasted two months, and is now tripping the fuse every time it turns on. Turns out these are junk.Updated review:Our 600W lasted 8 months, and I was all for looking at a different brand... however the supplier VALDERNLIMITED have gone above and beyond in customer service, so I'm happy to try out the replacement and see how we go.

Works well easy to fit
Works well, keeps the rail nice and hot, i have a 1200 high towel rail, was concerned the element would not heat enough, but no problems at all.
