Essential for making Chicago sliders
This is just as good as any dehydrated minced onion I've had. I re-hydrate them for about five minutes then cook them in the pan with the meat (after some of the fat has rendered) for about 90 seconds before removing the ground beef (or ground chuck) with about 85% lean meat (you need a little fat for sliders).The sliders aren't very good for you (unless you're an athlete). But we make them occasionally. So delicious, and these onions are essential.
