When my mid back starts hurting I put this posture adjuster on for an hour or two with good results. I noticed that changing to a backpack instead of a purse when walking improved my posture and eased my mid back and shoulder pain.

Way to big and did not work.

It may be great for posture support but, because the shoulder straps cut into my arms/pits, I couldn’t wear it long enough to find out. Returned

Measure your stomach for best fit. Elastic wore quickly--making it ineffective.

These are generous in size to maybe even consider going down a size. My hubby is just beginning to wear it so time will tell.

Bought this for my stepfather after his back surgery and he loves it.

Could not get me the right size that I ordered ...TWICE. I tem smell but I knew that from other reviews. I am not sure this item is the answer tothe problem most people have. The muscles need to be strengthened rather than use a crutch.
