Josie Maran Argan Matchmaker Serum Foundation - Chameleon Pigments Match Skin and Provide Age-Defying Coverage - (30ml/1.0oz, Medium Dark)

I have ordered this product before from QVC and I like the natural look it provides whenever I use it. It lasts for quite a long time. I am 64 years old and a beauty expert and I really take care to ensure nothing goes on my skin that is harsh, clogs my pores or works against any of the the other products and strategies I use.As an older woman, not only do I have to ensure that foundation is natural looking, I need to make sure that it it doesn't accentuate wrinkles, and covers redness and matches my neck. Because this product enhances the look of my skin and provides light color but is build-able, rather than being it own overpowering color, I can put it on without worrying I look two toned or that I missed an an area. I will not wear make up that is heavy, looks thick, or makes me look like a "made up old lady". Two photos are attached. One is me totally without any make up.I did not use a selfie stick,or airbrush the photo or use other potentially deceptive image enhancement (the at the bottom of the photo shadow is my cell phone shadow). The second photo is me with the product on my face-also this is an untouched photo-no selfie stick, air brushing or any of that. Understand that the product is not the only product I use or used in the photo but it works well with my other products, and beauty hacks/tricks.

I am so glad I tried the Josie Maran foundation. I saw a demonstation and thought I would give it a try. I didn't even know who Josie Maran was at the time. It is the best makeup product I have ever used. I love the way it go on so easily and smoothly. The coverage looks great and lasts a long while. The best part is the way my skin looks both with the coverage and after I have taken it off. Paired with the argan oil used at night, I feel the products leave my skin softer and better feeling. I am 65 and need extra help. I recommended this product to my daughter who is 39, and she nows uses it and loves it, too. The only con on this product is of course the price--it costs more than most foundations. But I will keep buying it because of the results.

This color is a bit dark for me, but it seems like that is the only shade available right now. I originally tried the fair/medium and it was perfect. I hope they bring the fair/medium back.

Product was too dark for my use. Is this available to exchange for light/mediium

I have used Josie products for years. This is a great foundation that provides more coverage than the tinted spf moisturizer. While the tinted spf provides more of a glowing oily light coverage, this offers medium coverage, matches my skin tone perfectly and doesn’t have the oily feel to it.

I was hopeful as I clicked the order button that this product would be amazing. Sadly, it was not. Unless you're going for the vampire look, this product will leave your skin looking dry, and void of any kind of warmth, pigment, or sun-kissed glow. It will remove ALL the color from your skin tone. On a side note, it did conceal any spots or blemishes on my face, but left me looking like my face had never seen the light of day. Even using moisturizer or primer before using the product, it left my skin dry, dry, dry. Uncomfortably so. It also had some kind of weird grittiness to it when applied which was didn't feel good on my face. Again, I had high hopes, but I would not purchase this again.

I love the feel of this foundation and it does a good job with matching my skin tone but it does not perform as well as many other similar foundations that are within the same price range or less. Also, it does not last all day, if you have less than perfect skin this foundation is not for you. I liked it for an everyday look, I don't have blemishes but I do have fine lines and need something that blurs and evens skin tone, I just discovered Fenty blurring skin tint and it is far superior, formula is feather light weight, no tacky or oily finish and makes your skin look like your skin but 100 times better and to top it off, it's less money too.

This makeup feels like a lotion when it goes on. It feels like you are doing something good for your skin. You actually are because it is free of harmful chemicals. It goes on white then turns the color of your skin. I love it.

Perfect lightweight foundation. It goes on clear and buffs out to match your skin tone perfectly! I am a fair - light tone and picked the light-medium shade and it is perfect for me. Makes your skin look even, flawless and fresh. If you like a full coverage you wouldn’t like this. However I find it perfect for my needs

This is s fantastic foundation it gives your face a perfect colour and makes you look flawless you don't need anything else

I love this product, does not feel like a foundation but a serum, natural coverage
