Melon Baller Double Headed - Fruit/ice Cream Spoon - Stainless Steel Kitchen Utensil

Very easily bent. The liquid from the melon gets into the body of the handle and is very difficult to clean.

Melon baller arrived promptly and as described. Good quality and value. Would order again.

Poor quality. Had to send back would bend if used on real fruit.

This is a very Well Constructed Double Headed Melon Baller that gets the job done effortlessly!This 8" Melon Baller offers a 4" x 1" Centered Handle that is extremely comfortable to grip.It has a 1" Ball Head on one end and a 1 1/4" Ball Head on the other, so I can make both large and medium sized Melon Balls.Wonderful Product Makers even designed the handle with a raised "bumpy" thumb area to assure a good grip when using the Larger Ball Head on hardened ice cream or denser fruits and vegetables.I LOVE eating melon and this handy Stainless Steel Kitchen Utensil makes eating it so much fun!I do believe it will perform equally as well on Ice Cream, but as the ice cream I bought at the store today to test it with is still a bit too soft from the ride home in the hot Florida sun, I will have to return and post a photo after the ice cream hardens.I like that it is dishwasher safe, however, I do not own one.I can say that it was super easy to clean with some soapy water and a quick rinse and was water spot free and shined like new when dried wiht a soft kitchen towel.I received mine at a promotional price in exchange for testing and review and am happy to give it a Well Deserved 5 Star Recommendation!

  So far I've used this on gelato and really hard frozen ice cream and the melon baller worked great and with such ease! I've shared a video using the melon baller with my ice cream. Please don't mind the shaky video, it was hard to hold my phone while trying to scoop the dessert.I like that there's 2 different sized melon/fruit balls you can make! The bigger end has a nice grip to prevent your thumb from slipping.I'll be trying it on a watermelon or cantaloupe once I go to the grocery store to buy it. I love baking and Making my own truffles. This is perfect for that. The tips are a bit weak for frozen fudge but they create the perfect shape and the stainless steel is beautiful. Loved how small it was and how convenient it has become. Deffinetly a staple in my kitchen.I received this product in exchange for my honest review.

The baller heads were both the same size. I returned it as a result. If you don't mind that, I'm sure this product would be fine. It seemed decently constructed.
