Crawfish Tail Meat - Imported (5-1lbs packages) (Frozen)

I am extremely happy with this product. I use it to make homemade Cajun gumbo and crawfish etoufee from scratch. No, I do NOT use prepared packages of spices because they are filled with unhealthy things and it is super easy to make your own spice blend that you like best. You don't have to use ingredients that you and your family dislike. You can use ONLY the ingredients that you love and that. to your taste, enhance the marvelous flavor of these high quality crawfish tails. Yes, these are pretty expensive but they are definitely worth the money.

This was Chinese crawfish. It made no mention of that on the website. I could have gone to Walmart and spent half the price. To say I am deeply offended by this would be an understatement.

No description as to where these crawfish are harvested. Louisiana crawfish will be certified as such on the packaging.
