This heating pad quit working only on the 3rd time I used it, and it had a funny, electrical smell coming from it, so I knew it needed to be returned. And I was so excited to have such a large heating pad to comfort me and my pain from arthritis.

I thought this was the best purchase for my step mom! She loved everything, the size wrapped around her lower back, where her large herniated disc is, she said the temperature settings were great, it was super soft! Unfortunately, this Christmas gift croaked on her, when she needed it most! In less than two months after receiving it, it just stopped working in mid use. Of course, now she can't even ask for a replacement due to the time. Total bummer!

Stopped working after a little over 5 months. Only used as dry heating pad so I didn't have to worry about electrical problems, never washed so not electrical issue either. I plugged in a week ago and nothing,just wont turn on. Dont have box anymore obviously and can't find a way to get new one. I live in extreme pain every day and this was the best heating pad I have ever used,gets really hot which is perfect. Now they don't even sell them anymore on Amazon???? So I can't even buy a replacement either. I'm on a very strict budget and can't afford to spend 30 every 5 months just for a heating pad. My children need to eat before my pain relief comes second.

Very soft padding, much nicer than the old school plastic heating pad with thin flannel covering. Quality looks to be very good. Easy to use controls that are well lite. Six heat settings and auto shut off. The size is very nice, large 33” long 17” wide, it covers ones back nicely. After first use I am very pleased with the performance. As always, the true test will be how long it continues work.👍👍👍👍👍

So far I’m in love with this heating pad it really is a great piece for the price. I love the heat settings and the auto shut off feature since incase you relax and might fall asleep. I love that it is washable and you can also spot clean it as needed. It is extremely soft and good feeling also. Would def recommend it to anyone.

I like this heating pad very much. It covers the entire area than I need and it is soft and comfortable. The digital control works well and I think the value is there. The service is also amazing as I ordered it in the afternoon and it was delivered the next day. I am very pleased with the performance of the product and the sales effort.

Not sure of the product usability yet. The packaging was ripped apart, no instruction sheet and appears that it could have been a returned item. Not what I would expect from a new item.

Love the softness. Love the warmth. Seems it will hold the heat element in place and hopefully the wire will not get folded over on itself.
