Super sleek and slim/compact treadmill that really folds flat!
BEAUTIFUL AT-HOME TREADMILL: Been looking for a streamlined, foldable, and dare a girl dream, attractive electronic treadmill for a long awhile...I literally googled 'attractive treadmill'—apparently, it's not a thing. ;)NOT GYM GRADE, BUT STILL BEAUTIFUL AND FUNCTIONAL: I used to have a workhorse of a treadmill that despite its utilitarian/gym-grade design and girth, it kinda sorta folded flat, but at more of a distinct angle due to the overall real estate the control panel, base, etc needed...ya know, like most of the 'fold flat' options. Flash forward to today where, living in a more limited space with no dedicated 'gym room' to be had, I wanted something accessible but easily folded up/tucked away within a dual-purpose space. Now, this little beauty when folded up is lighter and more streamlined and super easy to wheel around (as long as you feel strong enough to lift one side to make it upright first (and this middle age, relatively out of shape woman can easily do it) as the folding flat process is two-fold: First, you release the control panel/handle section to fold it down flat onto the treadmill belt resting on the floor. Then, you lift up one side of the treadmill and voila, you have a truly standing upright and flat treadmill that you can maneuver and wheel around fairly easily and store vertically without it needing to lean on anything. Yay! (Disclaimer: I know the manufacturer states it needs to lean on something, but, thus far, that has not been my experience.)REASONABLY PRICED/LOVELY DESIGN: I was nervous when ordering it, because although fairly reasonably priced, it's still north of $800 when all is said and done, and I have a strong, and ok potentially unrealistic, expectation for what I was looking/hoping to find...happily, I can report it's pretty damn cool. I even like the subtle pink color...not too pink, but just enough to soften the look vs having to settle for the standard black/silver gym equipment. I set it up in my living room (boy, was that box HEAVY, even just dragging on ground from my front door into my livingroom took some doing) and I gotta say the machine is attractive open or close, especially at such 'low' price point for what's looking to be a decent treadmill.SOLID FOOTPRINT: Please note I've only had it for a couple weeks, and haven't done any hardcore running on it yet, but so far so good. :) I call it my baby treadmill, but it doesn't feel too narrow or small for a decent jog, but I'm only 5'2" and just getting back into shape so we'll see. That said, it's looking to be perfect for what I needed: a compact, attractive, foldable, but solid machine for daily light jog/run..sure, .I won't be breaking any records on this one, but it's getting me up and moving so I'm happy. As far as testing it out, as of this writing, I've been starting with a 15-30 minute steady paced walk (3 mph) ramping up to 3 min jog/sprints up to 4-4.5 for a 45-60 min session in total and, so far, the machine feels solid, the only weak point being my currently limited fitness level. ;) No treadmill shaking or noise issues with either incline or speed either. Granted, I do turn up the volume on the tv more than usual when running and the elevation options are limited, but effective (incrementally up to 12), and some of the programming buttons are not intuitive...something to keep in mind if that matters to you which kinda did to me, but getting over it as I slowly learn what each do (ie: reading the manual). In short, for someone looking to get a little cardio going without committing to a much larger or pricier gym-level type machine, this one works really great..and doesn't look or feel as budget-friendly and compact as it is. Very happy! Bravo Asuna. :)ASSEMBLY: This too was a breeze, and basically a non-issue, so much so I cancelled the professional assembly appointment. The only assembly caveat being if you want the secondary handles installed (heart rate handles already attached), just know that you apparently will have to remove them every time you want to fold it flat (at least that’s how I interpreted the manual) which was the main reason I bought the fabulous thing in the first place (ie: ease in folding when done) so I opted to leave the second handles off and, so far, do not miss them—at all. The hardest part of 'assembly' was me trying to deadlift the 140+ lb machine out of the box..fortunately, I figured out a smarter work-around (desperation breeds invention, does it not?), dismantling the box around the treadmill and pulling it out from under the machine...much easier! Also, a big THANK YOU to the two Amazon dudes who hauled the box up 17 steps to my front door. I wasn't here, but saw what their heroic efforts on my door camera. They even called me upon arrival. They are seriously delivery rockstars! Bravo Amazon. :)EARLY REVIEW...so far so good, but if I have any issues, I'll be back to update this puppy.Healthy running everyone!

Life Changing & Serves Multiple Goals to Recover & Maintain Health
This machine was everything we were looking for and more. After it arrived it was better than we even thought too!In no particular order it is:-pleasing to look at-surprisingly easy set up even right out of the box-as our lives and space needs change, this machine needed to be able to adapt to it, and so far it does-not too heavy for me to maneuver, despite my health challenges-sturdy and I do not fear having to replace it anytime soon-the control bar is placed in an optimal position in relation to the track - it isn't to the far front-the length of the track is not too long or short-side storage slot for the control bar & handle tightening tool was an important feature, keeping everything in one space-enjoy that you don't have to separately screw on the hand bars like other models-during the workout, the control bar also flashes between the time of session and steps, this is a nice bonus, even though I wear a FITBIT-there isn't a feature that we find wanting-there isn't a feature that we won't be using daily, either (except for maybe the speakers, as we will use Alexa or earbuds more often, but we will still make use of this)-the perfect price point for both quality and economical value-we planned to put it away after each session, but have kept it out, and this is not due to issues with putting it away, but b/c it isn't an eyesore (despite limited space and large windows we want to keep unobstructed) and we are using it more than we thought.*We bought a 6-pack of Excercise Equipment pads from Amazon. This helps to muffle the vibrations on the floor, even though we feel it is already pretty quiet, and it is on an area rug or will be used on low carpet, we find this increases the barrier between us and those in the unit bellow.-I was looking for something that had a higher maximum speed, and this fit the bill. My goal is to walk daily or do HIIT sessions 2-3 times a week. I am a slow sprinter for now, so as I am healing this will be a great service! I'm only just walking right now. (walking or HIIT are optimal exercises overall)BEGIN WITH THE END IN MIND! This unit serves us in all areas this way.Our entire family has been using it multiple times a day. My husband is picky and prefers more uneven terrain outside, but still finds this quite pleasurable and my children (12 and 14) are enjoying it a lot and have plans to use it every day as they know the benefits of walking, and they even break out into some light interval sprints.I am a 39-year-old female who is also a homeschool mom. I have always been somewhat active, lean, and flexible. I was homebound 7-9 months last year, I then had 4 months beginning in November that I could leave, and with spring this year I am again homebound. I am very busy indoors, but I am not able to get enough steps within our loft apartment/condo. (I much prefer this above pacing) Due to this, the muscles in my legs have developed a limited range of motion, despite some other exercises and stretches. This issue has gotten so bad that I have continual knee pain on one side and I can only get up from sitting or the floor slowly. I have also gained almost 10 pounds and now weigh more than I ever have. (This doesn't include 2 pregnancies)Initially, my legs get a workout at around the ~10-minute mark at about 2 mph, but I am breaking up a few different 10-minute sessions throughout the day. My goal is to get to 60+ minutes a day.I am utilizing the MELT Method by Sue Hitzmann to help with this adjustment period as well as for multiple other benefits. I am also doing The Happy Body Program by Jerzy. Finally, I am in the middle of doing brain retraining with Dynamic Neural Retraining Program which encourages walking or HIIT as highly beneficial for brain health.
