Update: The seller was very helpful and proactive in finding a solution. Great service!All the product in the kit are great. Except the muscle roller stick. It is useless. It does not have a fluid rotational capacity and hence is not effective in rolling muscles.

I purchased this specifically for my back and hips. I have a lot of muscle and joint issues. It is especially bad after exercising. This thing is amazing. You can adjust how much of your own body weight pushes into this, but I got it for the deep massaging it gives, so the intensity is what I needed. The relief I got in my muscles after the first use was worth it.

The PVC used under the Fibre roll is of very poor quality.It is nothing but loss of entire money within 15 day's use. Why ?1. PVC roll can not sustain the weight when you roll over your back on it.2. Once it cracks, it starts cracking at multiple places, so you can't even think of repairing.3. Disposal obviously becomes a problem - as it is Plastic.4. It is better to go for a wooden roller of 2.5" to 4" diameter with the length of 10" to 12".That will be Environment friendly and durable as well.But unfortunately wooden roller of this dimention are not available.

Very usefull its value for money

The Roller cracked in less than 6 months.So have to order a new one which takes away the value for money proposition and also causes inconvenience
