I started this a couple weeks ago and I've noticed some unexpected changes. First, more energy; second, I do not seem to need as much sleep and speaking of sleep I don't seem to be snoring anymore. I know this may sound strange but I couldn't breathe well out of my left nostril for some reason I always just thought it was my anatomy. Now it's suddenly open mysteriously. So my breathing has changed. I really hope it that stays that way. That is huge. I hate snoring. I have no idea how this could have done that. One big scoop at a time in my two cappuccinos I make every morning (spaced apart). I'm typing this at 7:45 am. I haven't woke up this early since before my son went to college. And I went to bed at 1:30 am.You might want to follow the directions where it says build up to two scoops gradually. The first time I tried two scoops at once, I experienced stomach issue with a lot of gas. But now I separate the doses and I haven't had that problem again.Update: 8/31/2017 -- Today I'm ordering bag #4. I wish I could say that it's helped with joints but I haven't experienced that. Maybe I need to take more than the two big scoops in my cappuccino. However, in addition to the above I have noticed an unexpected improvement in the tone of my skin. Even cellulite looks diminished, surprisingly so. It must improve the connective tissue, where cellulite loves to form. Just recently I could see a difference in my face too. My mom noticed her hands. I look younger and glowing. But the best part is I take this with my Bulletproof coffee (google it) and it's like I've eaten a hardy meal. It wipes out my appetite. This stuff keeps your blood sugar at normal levels. I have no cravings for anything. I've notice when it's time to eat, I do feel a little hunger but still no spikes or dips. I use to get shaky and cranky before when it was time to eat something. I can go for long periods of time without eating after my coffee. The best part -- I've been counting calories to lose 20 lbs and losing weight has never been easier. Dropped off 10lbs without realizing it. Everyone is noticing too. I keep my calories at a deficit (1400 a day) and this products takes my appetite away so effectively that it's very easy to do. No starving, no insulin spikes or sugar drops. I want to take more but sometimes less is more, I don't know. So I'm going research that and see if I can take even more. I am very happy and can't believe I'm buying my fourth bag already. Never want to be out of this stuff. I'm thinking something in this product everybody needs, especially as you get older. It's really amazing what collagen can do. I never knew.

I've been using this product for about six months and have noticed a measurable, positive difference in my skin (healthier), hair (more full of life) and joints. I've been recovering from shoulder surgery and a torn hamstring and feel strongly that this product is expediting both. However, within 24 hours I was notified that a refund was applied to my account. I was very impressed. This is what customer service is all about and it separates the good stuff from everything else. I love this stuff! I use two scoops of this collagen in my coffee every single morning. You cannot taste it at all! I've noticed a huge difference in my hair and nails within a few months. The collagen keeps me full longer and now I don't over eat in the mornings.

Have only taken for about 3 weeks now, but I can tell you what it has done for me in that time. First, I love it in my first cup of coffee in the morning, no taste that I detect at all. Secondly I have noticed that my hair is growing even faster, which I didn't need help with but I'm okay with that. I have noticed my nails getting a tad bit stronger and not as thin, main reason I wanted to try this as I have very thin and weak nails. I've notice a little bit of gas, but not sure it is the culprit as I also eat Atkins meal bars and I know they sometimes cause a little gas. I still have pain in my hip, shoulders and hands - so no immediate relief there. I have noticed my complexion seems a little better, maybe that will continue to improve! I haven't noticed any hunger decrease though, but I can say I've felt a tad bit hungrier of late, that could just be my body since I've been dieting for some time now. I'm going to continue taking the product because it isn't too expensive and goes down well with my coffee and my nails do seem to be doing better.

I really like using this Hydrolyzed Collagen protein powder from Protein Essentials that comes from a South America bovine source that does not get fed GMO'sThe powder dissolves well in water and can be used on Food and in almost any of your favorite drinks and sprinkled on food.I use this in my coffee every morning and there is No taste and it Always completely dissolves too.Found that it did not dissolve as well in sport drinks and orange juice....perhaps I was using too much.I personally prefer the Non flavored version and really like the benefits of regularly using this version of Collagen protein and will continue ordering regularly.I am a Big fan of this stuff and to me Protein Essentials has the Best Value for the Money and is of wonderful Quality too.

This product mixes well with whatever liquid I have tried. No clumps, no having to shake it up vigorously. Just stir and it blends. No flavor, which nice.

After I began using Protein Essentials collagen peptides, my pain level was greatly reduced. If I don’t consume it for a day or two, I notice the return of the pain. This college powder is excellent. It dissolves quickly and thoroughly without lumps. It's tasteless and odorless. Mixes just as well in hot or cold liquids. And awesomely Paleo. I use it to replace the gelatin collagen I used to use. I'll not be going back to it. I've really noticed the difference in my hair and skin since I started using this product. This costs a little more, but worth every penny.

I purchased this product end of July... started with one scoop, and then up to two full scoops in a couple of weeks...Like anything, after several weeks, I questioned whether it was doing anything at all, but I did decide to continue until the bag was gone. After about a month or so, I began to notice that my knees weren't sore anymore (or wobbly as they were some days) and my balance, which I was thinking was beginning to become compromised, started to improve. And this may sound crazy, but my bowling has improved over the last few weeks to what it used to be a couple of years ago--- related I think to better balance and better joint movement in both my knees and arms. Over the course of the past few weeks, I often wonder if a lot of problems with seniors' mobility requiring the use of canes and walkers might be improved with a little collagen. This stuff is absolutely TASTELESS; I add it to my first coffee of the day and you would never know it was in there...Will definitely be purchasing this again.

I have taken collegen protein on/off the past couple years for joints and overall health. I usually buy it here but I notice that after buying one brand the price goes up $10-$15 when I go to reorder. That's happened several times so I have changed brands a few times.As far as the effectiveness of the product, I think you need to be taking it for at least 30 days.It mixes well - I use two scoops in my coffee in the morning with no taste. I don't hAve any complaints.
