Love this hat, it’s cute, it fits nice and snug, and it’s very warm. The fur Pom Pom does snap on and off.

The hat didn’t come with the fur ball on top, which was my reason for the purchase. Returned item and did no receive refund.

The hat fit great, however the fur Pom was flattened due to being packed in a flat box. I triedto get it back to the round shape it should have been and even used a blow dryer, and tried to tie it up with an elastic band to reshape it. I had to return it and get a refund.

Great hat. Super cute. Fits snug. Pro tip: blow dry the pom to achieve full fluffiness! Mine arrived a little flat and sad from being packed in that box.
