I like simple, clean designs that function as expected. This thermal mug suits my needs and expectations. The item arrived in a torn and retaped paper mailer so I thought it was dead on arrival. But, the mug was so well packaged there wasn't a dent or scratch on it and that was impressive. Visually it made my old stainless steel mugs look plain and dismal. So this new mug is sexy and yet it really does keep my coffee warm where my old metal mugs cool down very quickly...I appreciated this immediately. Usually I preheat my old mug running hot tap water over it yet this mug stays warm without challenging the water heater all day long. I like its heft in my hand...it feels like a product made from good metal. So far I haven't used the plastic top but I'm sure the heat retention would set a record improvement by a factor of 10. I can actually concentrate on my work without the interruption of cold coffee...that's an improvement.

Sturdy insulated cup keeps my coffee hot to the last drop. Contains one page cup. Lid can go in dishwasher but cup must be hand washed. Good colors and no imperfections. Lid fits on easily and tightly.

The cup itself is great. Nice color, holds temperature well, the lid is tight. The only problem is that the moving piece that opens and closes the lid is loose and falls out. I use it at my desk only, but it is somewhat of an inconvenience that I have to hold the sliding piece while sipping tea.

The mug does a good job keeping the beverage hot. The sliding part of the lid is cheap and slides easily. Then it broke and contact with the company has resulted in no response. With the lid on it is hard to get all of the beverage out. I usually have to remove the lid to drink all of my drink.The company worked with me and gave me a satisfactory resolution! Thank you!

Fits under keurig, holds full cup of coffee, lid fits snug, slider opens enough for a straw, I drink coffee with a straw when driving because otherwise my line of sight is blocked when tilting cup up to drink. The rose gold is lovely and classy.

Long term review. I have had this for all most a year.The lid it came with leaked, I called and they sent a new lid but upgraded with silicon. It has never leaked since. It's a great basic mug. Stays warm or cold for a few hours, but depends on the humidity and outside temperature how long.I have the 14oz cup but it only hold13 oz to the very brim so you can't put the lid on. You can only fill it around 11.5oz to 12oz.It's a decent basic mug for around the house.

Mom loves it got it for her for Christmas but came after, took a month or so but after I got it mom loved it. The people were pretty nice as well got in touch with them because of shipping issues

The cups arrived ahead of the schedule delivery date. Quality of cups appears quite good and as advertised.
