Rough Country Upgraded Forged Tow Hooks (fits) 2019-2020 Chevy Silverado 1500 | Replaces OEM | Red | RS132 , Black

I have a 2021 Chevy Silverado with the 3.0 duramax. You will have to drop the front bumper to install these hooks. They do look great once you get them installed. I am very happy with them, just plan on longer than 30 mins. More like 2 hours.

Hooks coating is weak and the two hooks were different colors of red ( maybe hard to see in photos). Little time is spent protecting hooks. I question the durability of the finish if used to actually two something. I would not recommend buying these.

Made well and fit well. Reed was scuffed so guessing that’s why half price

I was really excited for these hooks. The shape was a little different from stock and the pictures looked great! ...then they arrived. Both had several small chips and the powder coating looked like it was done with metal shavings still attached. There’s no way the finish would have lasted on my truck for any length of time. I set up a return and marked them as defective, low and behold, Rough Country still charges me a 10% re-stocking fee. How about you give me an extra 10% for getting my hopes up and selling me junk?? Very disappointed, especially buying from a well-known company with a good history of quality off-road accessories.

I kinda a particular guy when it comes to modifying my truck. With that being said I love the Rough Country design of these tow hooks but was bit disappointed by the finishing touch of the paint. As you can see they had numerous chips and completely missed the most noticeable spot in the very front of the hooks. I will be keeping them although needing to spend extra money touch them up.
