My fruit would float to the top of the jars when making jam. I read that the jars are too hot, there could be bubbles in the jar so I purchased these. Works like a charm. I let the hot jars cool down a bit, ladle cooked jam into jars and with these bamboo skewers and circle the inside of the jar releasing any bubbles and gently push the fruit down. After a 10 minute water bath the fruit is stable. AND they are sturdy! I'm on my 4 batch of jams and not once did a skewer break.

These skewers were thinner than some others I ordered. That made them perfect for fruit kabobs and olive, cheese, tomato kabobs. The fruits and veggies did not split apart and the skewers were strong enough to load up with five or six pieces. So pleased with them, I've ordered them twice!

These skewers are rugged with a sharp point that allows for easy loading. We also like the SPLITER FREE aspect of these sticks

These plugs are brilliant. I noticed a huge difference after almost 2 weeks. I used to get so many spiders in my house from windows and doors left open and since having these plugs I have seen a decrease in numbers. Yesterday was the first time ever that I had all my windows open without seeing any bugs.

Overall rating 4 out of 5 just because I could have used a little longer skewer; however, no reflection on the product as it was great! Nice and smooth and no splinters like others I have purchased. Was able to clean, dry thoroughly, and going to reuse.

I have used these for numerous recipes for smaller skewers and they are perfect. You can put quite a bit of food on them and still have space to hold them. They are sturdy and I haven't had any problems with them breaking or splintering.I love that they come in a container because it's much easier to store. I will continue to purchase these in the future.

Used these to make fruit kabobs. Fruit slid on easy enough. No fraying with the sticks
