This one a day organic multivitamin has great ingredients. Besides all the necessary vitamins, it has an organic food blend of ingredients. I took one of these multivitamins for two months. It's a tablet, which is ideal because that's just one less thing to worry about.

I used to be in the pharmaceutical business I've been out of it for about 8 years but still take three or four different medications. That said in the heat or at work I sweat profusely all my blood work is come back okay with my medical background I didn't understand what it was I was thinking it was my weight or because of the medications I was on by doctors had no answers. I started taking this vitamin and within six days my profusely sweating where I had to change my sure at least three times a day at work ended, doing a little more research on what my body could have been lacking it was either vitamin d or B12 I eat a very well balanced diet but obviously I was lacking B12 somewhere something about this certain vitamin helps me extremely and I am always a skeptical person. It's also helped in many other ways in general but most specifically that was such a notable difference but my digestive feels different my balance my overall well-being feels different and it's not even from paying attention I was just taking the pill and forgot about it and just started wondering why I was feeling better all of a sudden after about a week and was going through the mental checklist and this is the only thing I had added. I've shied away from vitamins in the past due to stomach upset irritability or they would have something in it that would make me jittery no matter how the product was marketed and safe it was this has been the soul vitamin that has made me feel no side effect but has given me good results in my opinion it's worth every penny....within reason.

Didn’t seem to upset my stomach they do not taste very bad if you accidentally end up tasting some they smell natural when you open the container it’s not overpowering. They have helped me get more consistent. Sleep more consistent energy throughout the day and there may be other things that I do not notice like hair and skin. I have had sustained use of these for over a year and cannot recommend them enough. That being said everybody’s body is different and you may have a unique experience. I’m very sensitive to a lot of things and I did not experience adverse effects taking these vitamins.
