Hershey Jewelry Sterling Silver Medium Candy Cane Kiss Pendant Necklace

I wanted to like this, I really did, but it is very small. Is it well made? Yes, but the size for the price was too much in my opinion. I got it during a lightning deal for $59.99 and I still think that was a bit too much. I was actually a bit taken aback when I opened the box. I thought to myself, "That's it?" It was packed in plastic and there was a white cardboard box inside. I opened it and it was a little Hershey Kiss gift box to put the candy kiss inside. It was lined in some soft, cushy material on the bottom of the inside. That was kinda cute.Another thing, the red is rather a dull shade of red, I know they were trying to emulate a candy feel, but I wish it had been more vibrant. It would have been prettier done in red and white cz's, red cz's and white enamel or white cz's and red enamel.I gave it 3 stars for being well made, the Hershey theme and the Hershey's gift box. I gave this 1 2 star because the necklace was poor quality and the clasp was broke. The kiss itself was very nice. Its was priced way too high!

Well, the replacement item lasted exactly 31 days before the clasp broke. Amazon will not accept another return, and I have a necklace that cannot be worn. Stay away.I found it on a GoldBox deal for a little more than half price. It made my wife quite happy, so for the price I paid, I consider it a great deal. She was less happy when the clasp broke in one week, but Amazon happily replaced it and the new one is still working well. The replacement necklace was poorly packaged (in a plastic bag in the same envelope as the box, but not in the box for some reason....). On inspection it did make the trip OK, but I believe that was quite lucky. For a $60 (or $100 at full price) I expect more than a necklace in a plastic bag...
