This was the wife's purchase. We love this bread pan. You ready your dough, put it in the pan and close the lid. Let it rise before baking and when it's done you slide the lid off to reveal a perfect loaf for sandwich bread exactly like you'd get at the store. There's also a bread slicer somewhere on here you'll need to work with this. Perfect sandwiches, fits the meat without excess bread hanging off.

USA pan quality is great
Originally order a cheaper pan. It came dented and felt very flimsy and the lid wouldn’t slide smoothly. I returned and bought this one. So glad I did. The quality is so much better and the bread bakes wonderfully. The lid slides smoothly and no dents after half a dozen loaves

So far so good
I just received this and have yet to use it, but almost didn't buy due to the reviews. It arrived undamaged even when packed with cans of food, and it is sturdy and has no sharp edges on the lid. Definitely does not look like it's non-stick but I use Crisco on my other pan anyway. The good price convinced me; I can't wait to use it! EDITED JULY 27 2025 I've used this pan a few times and I do like it, HOWEVER it is aluminized steel which does not fare well with automatic dishwasher soap. Hand wash only!

Great pullman pan
My first pullman pan, was not sure what to expect but it works as advertised. I like the option to have covered or uncovered and I leave my bread in it for storage. I thought for sure it may go bad quicker but found it did better then my bread bag.

Great pan
Bought this pan because my grandchildren love thin sliced pain de mie . The bakery where I was getting it no longer makes it and after a lengthy search I decided to try my luck with baking my own. I chose this pan because it made a 13" loaf (bread goes fast in our house when you make 3to 4 pb and J sandwiches per day!). Found a recipe on the internet that calls for potato flour, dried milk and milk; the bread turned out perfectly square, like a bakery loaf- maybe even better! If you butter the pan before baking the clean up is easy. The grandchildren are happy and so am I.

I was a little worried after reading the negative reviews but...
This pan performed perfectly! The exterior was a little scratched in various places but the bread cooked evenly all the way through and rolled out without sticking ANYWHERE.
