This is by far the best honey I have ever tried, my goodness. Unfortunately the first two arrived smashed and eventually I received two more. I will always have a jar or two of this gorgeous honey in my kitchen cupboard.

I love Odysea products, and the story behind them, and this honey won't disappoint, if you like your honey sweet and thick (in case you're wondering: blossom honeys tend to be sweeter than conifer honeys). The flavour comes through even when I use a small quantity and it's very pleasant, though rather mild. Note that, like most blossom honeys, this one too will thicken in low temperatures. Mine hasn't quite crystallised, but I do need to microwave it (without the lid) for a few seconds to scoop out honey that's runny enough to mix with yoghurt. I think Odysea should seriously consider launching a good-quality squeezy variety.

The worst honey I ever bought. It was solid, I had to warm it to make it liquid again. The taste was not good.

arrived crystalized, i followed all the details how to warm it, i was glad that came in the good condition very fast, unfortunately after a day crystalized back again. Then for that reason i don't commented it.
