This stamp is not too big but will help keep track of whom processes what

This is a cheap and simple self inking rubber stamp. Custom stamps cost more and didn't offer me any advantage. This one stamps cleanly and gives you a place to write in the date. Even if you don't need the date, it still serves its purpose well. With a lot of paperwork, I can get rid of it once I scan it and process it. With some things, I need to keep the paper around, and this keeps things from getting confusing. For example, if I enter a receipt into the computer, but want to give it to my wife in case she returns something, she will end up with a stack of receipts, some of which I processed and some of which I didn't. I've also taken to stamping things before I toss them in the recycle bin. If I see something in the bin, I can be sure it wasn't put there by mistake.I have no idea how long this will last. I've probably used it only about 100 times so far, so I can't vouch for how long this will last if you use it daily for work. But for home use, it's more than adequate.

Just as advertised...

This stamp works great for anything that needs to be entered. I put the date in the little oval under the label, but you could probably use that space for anything. I use it when I enter a check through my online bank so that I know what date I entered it. I was using a paid stamp, but this one makes more sense. I could also see this being helpful for customer information that is written but needs to be entered into a database. Once it is stamped entered then you could file or shred the original customer info. This product seems to have many uses, and whatever you use it for, this product works great.
