Dummpuls lock nut no give how I can use this itemVery bad

Bought it in 1189. To be honest, i would like to inform that everything mentioned in the above product description was all i got. But the 3ft rod was not that much good, It would have been great if the rod were 4 to 4.5 ft. Anyways It helps to tone your body muscles! I would recommend it to other customers as it is cheaper and there r many items in it.

The collars that hold the weights in place on the bar are really badly designed and poorly made. They should supply the 20 mm spring locks instead. The dumbbells too have a similar problem. Although the threaded lock on the dumbbells keep the weights in place securely, they are not easy to remove, in case you wanted to add / reduce weights. I replaced them with separately bought 25 mm spring locks.The 25 mm spring locks are a tight fit, but they are easier to work with.Apart from this it is great value for money. The weights are basically sealed plastic containers with sand filled in them. Make sure you don't drop or crack them, otherwise the sand will simply spill out.

It got broken in just a fall of small height, worst dumbells.

One rod lock missing. Played are damaged.Overall ok product, not for heavy use. Feels like if you drop little roughly plates will break and sand will come out.Dumbbell rod are metal outside, i feel it's good, but the treads are uneven towards the end, might be intentional.Gloves are off sorry cheap quality.Rope is good.Bag is single layer, i like it, i can fold and keep in pocket.

Quality is Good but the size of rod n weight doesnt match .. hence weights dont get fix n move here n their... Look is not good ..Dumbell are very good to use
