2019 Apple iMac with Retina 4K Display (21.5-inch, 8GB RAM, 1TB Storage) (Renewed)

I was very skeptical ordering this but I ordered for my wife for Christmas, received it early and not a single problem so far at all. She put the stickers on the computer didn’t come with them. BE AWARE the mouse and keyboard are generic but seem to work just fine. I’m pretty surprised with this. Thing works great. Wife loves it. Wife happy. I happy.

I've had Windows computers for the last 30 years.Not so much recently but over the years I spent countless hours self-diagnosing problems, restoring to an earlier date, rebooting, going into BIOS trying to figure things out. Plus don't forget, having to purchase the new Windows operating system disks when the old versions wouldn't work with certain programs.I learned a lot about computers but eventually you have to admit it's a lot of wasted time that shouldn't have been. I'm sure I brought a lot of this on my self as I am the type that likes to try to fix things without taking the machine to a shop.I recently have been looking to upgrade my monitor as the one I have is sort of small. That's when these Apple computers caught my eye. I've had good luck with refurbished products from Amazon. Whether it be the 8-inch Show the Ring Doorbell or the Echo Speaker, when I get things they're just like new.The first one I bought was about $250 from Woot (seller)It was a late 2014 Apple computer. It had issues where the hard drive was not working correctly. I thought everything was okay but after about a week a message popped up and said not enough disc space even though it had a one terabyte hard drive.It had a few minor scratches on the plastic benzyl around the screen but I could live with that if the computer had just worked correctly. After returning I continue to look and found this early 2019 model.Seems like I paid around $550.This one comes in an original white Apple computer box inside of a larger brown box.So far everything's good I guess I've had it about a month.Cosmetically it's perfect. I tried to take some pictures to show close-ups, No scratches anywhere and the screen is perfect. These computers boot up in no time almost like turning on a tablet. For years I've been standoffish about Apple products because I knew Windows and thought that it may be difficult to learn another operating system. Surprisingly with apple everything's pretty much straight forward I felt comfortable with it after a week or so.Basically what I use it for is just to pay bills online. I know you can do everything on your phone nowadays but it still neat to have this toy to sit down in front of. For me the 21 1/2 screen is plenty big and apples retina display, as they call it, as unbelievably clear.Overall very well satisfied !

I am very disappointed. The 2019 IMac did not go through the quality control system as advertised.1. The camera doesn’t work at all. The USB ports do not securely connect. The slightest touch of computer or desk turns off the hard drives. Weak connection.3. the computer was advertised as shipping with Mac OS Monterey, it arrived with Mac OS Catalina …even if it’s returned to the seller and sent back to me soon with all issues addressed ( highly unlikely I suspect ) , everyday that passes is downtime for my work. My guess is that truth in advertising is a relic of the past .this is my second attempt at purchasing an IMAC through Amazon…The first time was worse, the Mac OS and year of manufacture didn’t appear in the advertising. Why dI things have to be this way? Amazon, please vet more closely the people you allow to sell under your name…Please 🙏

I've been looking for an iMac for sometime now... and LET... ME... TELL... YOU! This iMac is magnificent!! After reading all the reviews, and finding different sellers.... THIS IS THE ONE!!! It was packaged so carefully and got to me in PERFECT condition. I'm beyond happy!!! Definitely worth EVERY PENNY! I'm telling everyone! Lol

This Imac came on time. Packing a little "ebayish," but acceptable. The outside of the computer was in excellent shape. The mouse and keyboard were new, very generic, and low cost/quality. Nice of them to throw them in, but I would have had to purchase better ones. It was very sluggish, and gave an error (firmware perhaps?) when trying to upgrade the OS, problems which I might have been able to fix, but was worried about missing the return window if they persisted. So I opted to send it back and try again. The company took it back right away, so it's a good company. And Amazon return was quick and flawless as (mostly) usual.

I was hesitant to purchase the refurbished 2019 iMac online. With Amazon’s 90 day warranty and return policy, I pulled the trigger. It has turned out great. The condition was like new, as advertised. The 1tb Fusion Drive didn’t not need to be reformatted. It was reset to factory conditions. It came with 32g ram storage, not the advertised 8g. So far, it has worked flawlessly. It did come with generic, wired keyboard and mouse, as expected. If you’re looking to upgrade your old iMac and want an affordable option, this is it. Don’t hesitate.

Seller sent this computer very quickly. Apple box was a little worn but the computer was properly packaged with the Styrofoam inserts and the mouse, keyboard and cord were in a separate box. Computer appeared to be brand new, I could not find any scuffs or defects. Setup was quick and easy, internal components showed up on MacOS just as listed. Retina screen is amazing, programs and the internet look sharp. This was a replacement for my 2009 iMac 27-inch model that finally gave up the ghost. I don't notice the smaller screen size at all. WiFi connections to internet and printer via my router went without a hitch.One thing to be aware of. Upgrading ram memory cannot be done by the user as the screen and many internal components have to be removed to get to the ram tray. On the 27 inch iMac's the user can easily upgrade ram by removing the tray from the bottom of the unit. So I would be sure to order the 8 meg ram and 1 TB hard drive as a minimum.Overall, I am quite happy with this purchase.

I am surprised at how slowly this computer loads, particularly compared to the 4-year-older computer it is replacing, and with its significantly increased memory and processing capabilities.
