customer service was great, tent sturdy and air tight
we accidentally ordered two tents. there was some confusion on my end which tent/boxes to return without having to open them up; customer service rep Bella was a wonderful help. she helped Me right away; sent Me a return label. about a week after they received our returned package, our account was refunded.the tent itself has been good. a little intimidating when opening everything up and there isn't much on the instructions. but we figured it out. watching a few videos on YouTube helped.thus far it is sturdy and air tight when all closed up.

PRODUCT ISSUES
I AM THINKING I AM GOING TO RETURN THE PRODUCT. AFTER 2 WEEKS USE THE LED LIGHT IS FLICKERING. I FOLLOWED INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY AND PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT APPEARS TO BE FAILING. THIS IS GOING TO RUIN MY GARDEN SEASON COMING UP.

This light is straight hazardous
The tent isn’t horrible I did think it would of been a little bigger than what it is honestly it can only hold one plant but the fan and exhaust that come with it are great. My problem is with the light we had one little LED stop working and when one stops working it generates the power amongst the other causing it to over work itself. When this happened sparks came shooting out at me!!!! It almost caught my house on fire every time I tried to turn it off it shocked TF out of me! Also they have absolutely no replacement part for this light and because of that I had to harvest early due to lack of lighting not worth the buy!!

Poor Quality Poor Customer Service
One by one the bars on the LED started to fail. Once one bar fails the others follow. I only have one LED light bar left that works on this unit, and I am expecting that one will fail any day now, completely ruining my indoor garden. I would not recommend this. Amazon has not offered any help.UPDATE - After this review Amazon did reach out to me and promptly corrected the situation.

Dont purchase
I think it's a good set-up. But, I have had the grow light on a 18-6 light schedule. I've had the light going for a month. I went to check on the lights last night and found the lights to be off. Found grow light ballast to be bad. This is ridiculous. I haven't used this grow light but for a month and it's already broken. Very pissed. Will never purchase items from this distributor again.

The better setup cost the same
Same company sells a better setup for $25 more. Don't buy this one buy the better setup for a much better deal... Feel ripped off bad

The light is BRIGHT
It’s hard to tell from the photos, but this light is bright. I bought this tent as a small veg tent to speed up my grow process. The tent is tiny, short, don’t expect to flower more than one plant in this thing, or maybe some autos.The light is bright, I use a different bloom grow 4000 w light in my flower tent and this one seems as bright.
