The Solar Body: The Secret to Natural Healing Paperback – July 7, 2015

I purchased this book in the hopes it would calm and heal my body. I read the book from cover to cover and use it as a reference. There’s a lot of wonderful information — not just meditation alone but what to expect to feel and why which really makes a difference in my sessions. I am so happy with this book that I also purchased the Solar Energy Circuit Cards similar to flash cards so as to not having to locate the 12 circuits in the book. Very convenient. LOVE THIS BOOK!!! Really simple and easy to understand. I had my doubts about how deep the connection is between the mind and the body before but after practicing the techniques in here like Plate Balancing my back pain is pretty much gone... totally amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE AND EVERYONE.

Ilchi lee covers a lot of information. In this book. It offers meditations on healing I have never seen before anywhere. I am enjoying. Working. With this book

I thought the book was okay. There were parts of it I likes and the rest I couldn't really get into. I don't think I even finished reading it.

Great, more than great book about self healing. I've tried the exercises already my back is much more flexible, I feel more creative, more balanced, I feel calmer when I dot he toe tapping. And it's true, eating the sage leaves warms up my body and seems to clear my mind, but please try and savour the taste and potency of this amazing herb. I have yet to try the circuits out in much detail, just the first couple, but I felt clearer after using this meditation even though I'm definitely need more practise. I recommend this book highly. It's for people who want simple and natural solutions.

Ok - interesting read.

The solar body book gave me lots of inspiration why I should raise body temperature 1 degree celcius up. The book gave me the very simple ways to do exercises everyday.
