Russian Empire 10 ruble banknote 1909, Bank governor Shipov, Issued 1914

The “10 Rouble” note (bill) of Tsarist Russia arrived in very good condition, was crisp, and showed signs of moderate use. It was a little duller than the one shown with the product listing. See enclosed image for comparison.
