Perfect!
This product is just what I need to get my ankle bending again after falling and breaking my leg. It helps the exercise to almost be fun so I don't hesitate to use it. I should be walking soon if this continues to help my flexibility.

Really helps with osteoarthris pain
I like this because I have osteoarthritis damage to my right ankle, from unsupported injuries in the past. Only thing that would make it better was if it was the type you see in a gym. Works really well. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The rubber on the bottom was lifted when I got it.. I just glued it down.I used to stretch after jogging on my stairs..this is SO MUCH BETTER!! I love it. I was skeptical but I’m happy after using it.

I love this thing
I first used one of these at my gym and never fully realized exactly how tight my calves are. With my gym still closed due to COVID I decided to buy my own and it has been great. Sitting at a desk all day this is an easy way to incorporate a daily stretch without much work.
