Best hobby I picked up
This is great for a new user, power on and start detecting. The best thing I picked up for something different for me and the wife to do. I do recommend this model, even for the beginner! Not very friendly user for advance settings for beginners; meaning you need to know what you are doing before pressing all the buttons.

It works great
Just got Minelab Equinox 800 and right out of the box it works great. I also bought the book to study every function which really is a must. Can not wait to go to the beach this weekend. Worth every penny I spent, now to find gold on the beach. Paul

Youtube for initial setup
Very nice machine and well built, it didn’t come with an advance user manual but YouTube will be able to help as it’s today’s norm for support with anything out there. Only problem that I had with my machine is that the connection at the coil/slight bump causes unwanted noises but I’m not in a park environment where grass is well manicured. Other than that it’s a great buy and the company that shipped it had it out and in my hands in no time.

One of the best
I bought this metal detector couple days ago and it's really awesome. It's easy to use, accurate and it's really light in terms of weight. I recommend the seller as well, I had a problem with one Item and they help me to fix it quickly. Also, the products they sell are of high quality and good prices.

It's not cheap, but neither is a Lamborghini
I've been looking for awhile and finally did it. I'm not at all disappointed! It's built very well, and I set up several tests with it, and it located them all, and was right on the money for depth accuracy. I highly recommend not only the product, but the seller too! I placed my order about 10:30 on a Wednesday night, got shipping confirmation about 11:30, and had the detector in my hands Friday morning.
