This roasting pan is perfect for turkeys and other big meals. I used to have this same kind of pan but gave it away when I thought I wouldn’t need it anymore. I am so happy with this and how it fits in the oven so well.

Purchased this pan in 2023 for Thanksgiving. Last years turkey was great, cooked perfectly in the pan. This year, I was so impressed that I ran here to leave a review. My turkey was perfectly browned, moist and literally falling off the bone. I used a garlic herb butter under the skin and loaded the cavity and pan with stuffing and it was perfectly cooked in about 4 hours, not bad for a 20lb stuffed turkey. I highly recommend this pan, I promise you will not be disappointed. Picture is of the turkey at the 2 hour mark and just before cooking, I wasn’t able to get one of the finished product.

Ease of cleaning, Heat distribution

Poor quality. Thin and flimsy. Not worth the money. Chips or missed spots of enamel in several places, and a glob of enamel in another. Ordered 2 pans. One pan is not even level, rocks back and forth. The size/shape is the only thing I like. I'm keeping them because I need to use them right away and they will serve my purposes. However, down the road, I'll get some quality pans and these will become expensive outdoor watering pans for the critters or maybe find some use in the garden. Whatever. Very disappointed.

I have used my mom's turkey pan (that is all we used it for) for 20-30 years. it lost one of its lids handles sometime back. there are many sentimental things of my late mom's that I have a hard time letting go of. this is one of them as she taught me how to cook and my first lesson with the turkey was with this pan. I had to make thanksgiving for my dad a bit early as his other family as I refer to them as, always takes him to their house. This year I made a fabulous dinner but forgetting about the handle I picked it up with potholders and the steam came out so fast it blew the pressure right on to my right forearm and it hurt. I just keep aloe on it, and it'll be fine, but it was at that point I decided for obvious safety reasons to get a new one. many reviews said it was smaller than advertised but nope it was actually a bit bigger which I thought was awesome. So, my next turkey should be steam arm burn free next year :O).....

Just isn't good for what I needed it for.

I needed something to cook a 20lb turkey in because my oval roaster would not hold one. I usually cook a smaller turkey in my oven and my husband deeps fries another outside with the butterball turkey fryer but he has to work this yr. So what to do because I need to be in the kitchen pretty much the whole day. This came wrapped well in bubble wrap in a sturdy plain amazon box but it had no kind of labeling on it to tear off of the roaster. No company name nothing....I could see it was not used and had no dents or rusting so if it was a return I don't care because there was nothing wrong with it whatsoever. I do have a 30 inch wall oven and it won't just slide right in but it does fit katty corner with plenty of room that way. I took out the other racks in my oven and I will use it on the bottom rack which will be fine after I researched it. It does fit if u choose to use the middle rack but u still have to place it in katty corner. It doesn't come with a rack but I did have one that fits. My measurements are true to size and will definitely fit a big turkey.

I really wanted this pan to work, but the way it was packaged caused the handles on the lid to bend and pull away from the pan, creating a hole. Needed to use both the lid & the pan for roasting, and the damaged handles made it impossible, so item was returned & a different (stainless steel) pan was purchased.
