Dandy travel cooking knife.
I think this thing is great. You can dice and mince and slice pretty well, especially if your hands are not too big. Even then, you can get by by positioning your hand off the edge of the table or cutting surface. It's great to be able to throw this into checked luggage and not worry about a sheath coming off or the tip breaking. The little ditty bag they include is nice for this too. And, at this price, if you lose it or forget it in a hotel room, or have it confiscated by TSA, it won't break the bank. There's no better folding chef-style knife at this price, although you can find really nice ones for three or four times more. But the steel in the blade of this one is good, the machining and durability are great for the price, it's comfortable to use, rugged AND it's really easy to clean because of the open handle design. Beware that it is heavy; I don't think I'd want to backpack with it. It has very thick bolsters that weigh a lot.

Solid camping knife
I took this knife camping recently and got a lot of compliments from the other guys.Good: Solid build with a sturdy locking mechanism. Feels like it will hold a decent edge for a while. Visually it is a very nice looking piece of equipment.Bad: Might be slightly on the heavy side for a minimalist or backpacker that is looking to save weight whenever possible.Ugly: Nothing noted.

Well made knife with design flaws
This folding kitchen/chef's knife is an excellent value - the blade is sharp and keeps its edge well, the wooden handle offers a good grip and the build/workmanship is very good. However, as a kitchen knife, for chopping and prep, there simply is not enough room for your fingers under the handle when the blade is flat on the ground, making proper chopping technique impossible. A better folding chef's knife like the A.G. Russell model is designed with a deeper blade, for proper finger clearance. That said, it is a nicely made knife for its cost. The locking mechanism is also a little odd.

I love this knife
The knife is comfortable to hold, razor sharp, and big enough to use for simple things like cutting salami and other cured meats.

Very sharp
This is a nicely made large knife. About as big as you would want to carry in your pocket. The handles are wood which take a nice sheen with some linseed oil. The blade is large and very sharp. Good in the kitchen, on the trail, and in your pocket at all times for an edc.

Great copy of a Japanese Camping cooking knife.
These are great for preparing food. The thin large blade makes cutting easy and being stainless steal, it will not rust. It is heavy and well built. They are also convenient for opening boxes, cutting tape etc... I highly recommend.

Very sharp corners
This is a nice knife, heavy and well-made, with extremely sharp, right angle corners, which make it impossible to put in a pocket, if you want the pocket to last more than a couple of weeks. I got a foldable knife so I could carry it in my pocket I can’t do that with this knife

Folding chef knife
This is a good slicing/dicing knife; because it folds it’s safer for reaching in the kitchen drawer and for use when camping.
