Totally Dry...
Not at all wet... Plus it says it has miscellar water so it has to be little bit water based. I tried with kajal and liner, just single stroke and it got removed with 3 to 5 wipes... It's of no use with proper heavy makeup.

Great for travel
But can be thicker. Too thin and small, not efficient enough. Yet, I will buy more as this is the closest I have gotten to a good wipe. 1st Sept 2025 Bought again and will buy again. Such a good product. Really good stuff. Yes I use it twice over to be sure. I don't mind.

It's over wet..if u squeeze one piece ..it will drip 5 to 6 drops.. not easy at all

Super easy to use and store!
I switched from micellar water to wipes, and it's been much more convenient. No irritation at all after using them, which is great! also comes with a plastic box which is durable and travelling purpose. Loved the product ✨
