Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this for a trip to Europe. I used it in Spain and the thing overheated and melted the wiring. It's not what it is rated for. Only use it on 120v otherwise it is a fire hazard. The included plug adapters are only for show. This thing is dangerous. Fire hazard:not appropriate for use for other than 120v current

UPDATE: When I posted this review, the seller saw it and contacted me. He felt the unit was not preforming as it should and sent me a replacement. This unit worked well within parameters. What impressed me about this seller is that I did not contact him demanding a replacement. He took it upon himself to make this right. I will DEFINITELY buy from him again! This works to heat water but is very slow.
