Ziploc Gallon Economy Pack Freezer Bag, 40 Count

These bags are so great. I use them for both food and to organize some of the items that I have in my house. Objects fill out at the bottom which means they will sit upright if they are full enough. This is a great buy, don't go for a cheaper brand because this is plenty cheap enoough. Also make sure that if you are freezing food that you use Ziploc bags labeled "freezer bag" to avoid getting frost on your food.Extra tip: If you buy a gallon bag and put your iPad in it, remove all the air from the bag and then seal it, you have just made your iPad waterproof. Hah!

I go through a lot of freezer bags, and Ziplock makes some good ones. I get these auto-delivered and Amazon's packing of them resulted in a completely smashed box, so I had to just toss 40 slippery bags loose into my kitchen drawer. What a disaster! Anyway, there isn't much to say about the bags themselves. The zipper stays shut and doesn't leak marinade. They keep rolls/bread fresh and soft. I will continue to buy them.

Freezer bags are always tougher than the usual sandwich bags, and Ziploc makes good stuff. Of course, I've never actually frozen one of these - I use them to store stuff where I really don't want the bag to break - but they are quality freezer bags.

Your standard Ziploc brand gallon bags. Great for storing freezer items (not for TOO long), pastries, cookies, breads... you name it!
