For the size large, 13" high with a 4" inseam lying flat.

Q: My size is 33-34, should I buy Medium or Large?

I tried both medium and large and the large were more comfortable playing golf in very hot weather.

Q: Do you need to wear underwear under these or just use these as underwear?

They are underwear - spandex material - no need to wear anything under - I wore adidas for a long time these fit better - more expensive in stores

Q: Does the waistband roll up?

Only if you have so.e belly like me. If you dont have a overlapping stomache it should be fine

I can’t say too much about these. If you’re looking for athletic BBs, here you go! They fit and the elastic lasts 3-5 years depending on your luck.
