I’m 6’4” and 15 stone. I’ve exercised for years, but this 30kg was still pretty tough to use. I’d recommend it for all new users, in fact it’s a shame they don’t do a 20kg version. Good quality product and exceptional value. Recommended ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This item was covered in some sort of oil at first, And dispite that it does give a good workout.Remember don't go high reps, Do 3 sets of 15 with 10 second break between each set and continue for a month. :)

Ordered Sunday, arrived Tuesday. This is a serious bit of kit, I got the 40kg one and in hindsight wish I'd started with the 30kg one as I'm straining so hard to do my reps that I'm in fear of a severe prolapse!!! My friend also got the 40kg one and was surprised at how difficult it is and he fancies himself as a bit of a beast!!! If youre just starting out go for the 30kg, at this price you can always upgrade as needed.

Just make sure you always have the safety strap on. If it twists out of your hands and hits you in the jaw IT LEAVES A MARK (and hurts to blazes).I do wish it came with a list of exercises you can do with it though. As I feel there must be more options than the obvious. And having looked at a few youtube "tutorials" which seem questionable or even dangerous. I'm not 100% sure what else to do.But still a good product.
