I never had issues giving this to my toddler and I do feel it helped her ease into sleep for the night. It became a regular part of our routine.

I used this for my toddler when he is sick or has trouble sleeping and it works like a charm!! I am buying this a second time because used it all up and need more. I love it.

Works very well to mellow our busy 4 year old down before bed. I give 10 drops to encourage sleep and during the day I give 5 drops as needed for a more calm mood. I’ve also taken it myself and as described on Earthley’s website, it does not knock you out, it simply puts you into a restful state of relaxation.

This is an amazing all natural way for my kids to have better sleep!
